Fines Act & Penalty Notices

The objective of the Fines Act & Penalty Notices Project is to produce a guide that could be used by ordinary persons who are either affected by the administration of the penalty & infringement notices and its various steps in respect of the follow-on administration or for those who act as their support person or as a solicitor.
